WE ARE FIT CLUB MALLORCA
Fit Club Mallorca is the regions newest and most talked about gym and fitness club.
The gym is located above Mercadona In Son Caliu Palmanova and is changing the way people train on the island. This is a boutique style gym with top of the range weights, machines and functional training room, there is something for everyone and every level of fitness.
We are a members club for the islands residents here in Mallorca but also have our doors open to visitors and tourists. If you are here on holiday then you are welcome to take advantage of our day, week or monthly gym passes.
OUR FITNESS CLASSES
Take advantage of our fully air conditioned, pupose built functional training room here at Fit Club Mallorca.
Here you can take part in a whole range of classes which are included with your day pass or monthly membership.
Mondays & Thursdays
The all body strength and conditioning class which offers an all body circuit training which is full of intensity, fun and variety.
Abs and Stretch
Abs and Stretch is a class designed to condition your entire core, hips and upper back.The class is a strengthening and stretching class using a variety of fitness equipment such as stability balls, resistance bands and dumbells. You will perform some of the well known exercises such as core planks, sit ups and leg raise as well as other moves all designed to challenge your body.
Pilates Balance is a 60 minute all body conditioning class designed to get you strong in both mind and body. The class brings together the art of yoga, tai chi and pilates and is designed around using your bodyweight as intense resistance in order to stretch lengthen and promote tone into every muscle.
Body Power is a 60 minute all body resistance training workout designed to get you strong fit and super lean. The class is designed around the concept of using light and moderate weights in the forms of barbells and dumbells and focuses on multiple repetitions in oder to increase total body conditioning.
GAP is a lower body conditioning class focusing on resistance exercises which target all of the muscles in the leg, hips and core region.
Body Art Yoga =
